2. The personal data we collect
- Identity and contact data: name, business email, business phone number, job title, company name, and any details you include in an enquiry.
- Eligibility / quiz data: turnover band, tonnage band, group structure, activity summary, data readiness, SKU band, HDC involvement, and other routing answers.
- Operational / onboarding data: booking details, upload metadata, supplier/3PL contact details you authorise us to use, and project communications.
- Service-delivery data: files and records needed to prepare the submission pack, such as aggregated SKU exports, packaging specifications, and evidence/assumption logs. We instruct clients not to upload customer-level order data unless we specifically request it for a justified reason.
- Technical data: IP address, browser/device information, and website usage data.
3. How we use personal data

4. Recipients and processors
We may share personal data with the following categories of recipient:
- Microsoft 365 / SharePoint / OneDrive for file storage, collaboration and operational workflow.
- Website, forms, and automation providers used to run the site, capture leads, and book calls.
- Accounting, invoicing, banking and payment providers used to administer the business.
- Professional advisers (for example accountants, insurers, solicitors) where reasonably necessary.
- Public authorities, regulators, law enforcement, courts or other third parties where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- Supplier and 3PL contacts only where a client has authorised us to request packaging specifications or related information.
5. International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we will use appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or contractual safeguards, as applicable.
6. How long we keep personal data
- Enquiry / quiz data for leads that do not become clients: normally up to 12 months from the last meaningful contact.
- Booked-call and proposal records: normally up to 12 months from the last meaningful contact if no engagement starts.
- Client project files, invoices, payment records, and key delivery records: normally 7 years from the end of the relevant financial year or project close, whichever is later.

You may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data, depending on the circumstances. To exercise any right, contact [email protected].
